Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email carrying the Order ID. Prices are in Indian Rupees. If a listing carries a clear pricing error we contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Orders are paid by UPI or by Cash on Delivery. Solviera Palace is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable to the business at this time. GST is not charged separately on any order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number. The price shown on a product page is the product price; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.
Delivery
Handling takes 1-2 business days, with total delivery usually 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Returns can be requested within 10 days of delivery. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of a returned item passing inspection. The Cancellation Policy and the Return & Refund Policy set out the detail and form part of these terms.
Warranty
We do not add a separate warranty through our store. Where a product page states a manufacturer warranty, that warranty applies on its own terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, extract its contents in bulk, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. Product photographs and page text belong to us or to our suppliers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore will have jurisdiction.
