You can cancel while the order is still with us, before dispatch.

We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.

Cancelling before dispatch

Write to [email protected] or call +91 79840 90233 with the Order ID. If the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier we cancel the order and confirm by email.

After dispatch

Once the parcel is with the courier the order can no longer be cancelled. You can refuse delivery, or accept it and then start a return under the Return & Refund Policy within 10 days of delivery.

Refund after cancellation

A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund, as payment happens on delivery.

Cancellations by us

Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves — stock that turns out to be unavailable, a delivery address a courier cannot serve, or a pricing error on the listing. We tell you the reason and refund any amount already paid within 5-7 business days.
